Made with whole-cluster fermentation from organically grown estate fruit. Whole-cluster fermentation means we used the entire grape bunches, stems and all, no machines, no de-stemming, just pure fruit and a little old-world gamble. It’s a technique Burgundy winemakers have used for centuries, and in 2022, we rolled the dice on a spectacular growing year.
The result? A seductive, complex Pinot with ripe red currant, mulberry, earth, and peppery herbs. The palate is textured, rich, and layered, with bold tannins and surprising length — thanks to those beautifully ripe stems.
